Sailing Adventures of
Russ & Christine
To our friends who were following us in the past and to our new viewers, the years that were posted in the past have been lost. So, I am starting over, but will also note things from the past.
Untying the Lines
Well, my sweetheart, Russ, and I met about 12 years ago and he was already living on a boat at the time. So when I came to live in California he told me that I needed to learn how to sail. In order to do that, I decided to join a women’s race team and boy did I learn how to sail and make some really good friends. I raced for four years in Oxnard and had a great time!
In 2020 Russ and I went to Mexico for two years (coming back home during hurricane season) and had a blast! Then in 2022 Russ’s mother became ill and we decided to come to Vacaville and spend time with family. While in Vacaville, I was teaching second grade and met some wonderful people who became very good friends.
Now, 2024, everyone is doing well and it is time for us to get back to Jazz and begin following our dreams.
